Members of our executive board who have interned at various companies, including Tapestry, PVH, Macy's, Saks Fifth Avenue, Goldman Sachs, KPMG, and others shared insights into their respective recruitment processes and offered personalized advice for resume interviews. Members were able to hear about their intern process and get an inside scoop of what it is like interning at a fashion company.
Thrift Pop Up & Donation

Members seeking to enhance their wardrobe had the opportunity to browse through a curated selection of clothing items, discovering new pieces that can fit into their personal style. Moreover, individuals had the option to contribute to a clothing donation initiative, providing an opportunity to declutter their closets and offer previously owned articles of clothing.

The recruitment team from Tapestry conducted a virtual meeting with our members, introducing members to their Internship Program. Specifically designed to cater to rising juniors, seniors, and recent graduates, this program offers an immersive experience across diverse business functions. Members had the unique opportunity to schedule 10-minute one-on-one sessions with recruiters. These individual conversations provided an invaluable platform for our members to gain deeper insights into the internship program.

This firsthand experience not only allowed our members to witness the day-to-day operations of a major player in the fashion world but also provided a platform for them to engage with industry professionals, gaining valuable perspectives and guidance for their own career journeys.

Overview of Business Careers

FORM, along with LIBOR, BITS, RCG, BASE, RAMS, and RUSBA, offered our members an extensive exploration of diverse business industries and potential career paths that are accessible to students. Each club provided short presentations, giving advice on how to succeed in their desired field of career. By tapping into the collective wisdom of these organizations, students not only gained a deeper understanding of their specific areas of interest but also developed a broader perspective on the interconnected nature of different business sectors.

PVH, the parent company of Calvin Klein & Tommy Hilfiger, provided insight with a virtual meeting with Carol Zimmerman, VP Supply Corporate Business Process at PVH, to learn more about careers in supply chain. Members were able to learn supply chain is like in the fashion industry and network with esteemed professionals.
Fashion Industry Student Panel

Students and alumni who interned/worked at Shiseido, Saks, Tapestry, PVH, Kate Spade, Kohl’s and more participated in a panel to talk to our members. Our panelists have done everything from supply chain (procurement, operations, buying), production assistance strategy, e-commerce, and more! Members had the opportunity to learn more about the overall industry, specific companies/roles, and to connect with those in the industry.
Jewelry Making Workshop

FORM welcomed members to craft personalized jewelry. Attendees were encouraged to unwind, and network with fellow FORM members and executive board members, all while channeling their creativity into the creation of chic and unique DIY accessories.
