This past 2020 - 2021 school year, Rutgers FORM added three new committees replacing the Marketing Committee and Event Planning Committee. Meet the website development, social media, and content creation teams! This year the website development committee led by Judy Lam, the Director of Digital Media and Co-Director of Event Planning, worked on building out and launching this brand new website. Previous years, FORM did not have a functional and updated site but with this new website, FORM has been able to partner with a wide range of businesses and organizations. The website development committee also created FORM's first zine highlighting this year's events and providing career resources while practicing skills such as web design. This long term project lasted throughout the duration of the 2021 spring semester.

The social media and content creation committees were led by Sarah Ng and Pooja Rejith, Co-Directors of Marketing. Both of these committees took initiative on a weekly basis to create new content, write new blog posts, and design graphics. The social media committee started three initiatives: wardrobe tips, professional development tips, and fashion. All have received high engagement and has lived up FORM's social media. 2 posts and 1 story were posted weekly in the spring semester for these three initiatives. The content creation committee worked hand in hand with the website development committee writing blog posts for the site. They did fashion and trend research in order to provide relevant content on a biweekly basis.
